Christmas In Llandudno
Christmas has arrived at The Tynedale Hotel, Llandudno North Wales. The hotel has been transformed into a Victorian Seaside Christmas venue in preparation for our Holly and Mistletoe Pre Christmas Breaks, our Twixmas Celebrations, Christmas in Llandudno and New Year Celebrations.
This year we will be celebrating with our very own (pretend) Reindeer, Santa’s Train (Buffet), Elves, and Christmas Carols.
Your entertainment will include Santa welcoming you on arrival and a traditional sherry and mince pie reception.
We will further entertain you with our famous ‘Christmas Decorative Jumper’ competition, Fancy Dress Parade, ‘Guess The Weight of The Haggis’ competition, Live Entertainment with a Christmas Theme and much more fun and games to entertain you.

Father and son kitchen team reunited at Tynedale Hotel Llandudno
James Harrison has returned to the kitchen of the Tynedale Hotel in Llandudno- and to hisfather’s side - after two years working for a gastro-pub.
James joins his father and head chef Neil, second chef Dewi Potter and up-and-coming thirdchef Maciej Tabak.
The 23-year-old, who started at the Tynedale as assistant porter at the age of 14, hashelped roll out the hotel’s brand-new lunchtime bar menu. Now, guests and members of thepublic can choose from a comprehensive selection of light midday snacks and main coursesfrom noon until 2.30pm.
Tynedale Hotel Llandudno embraces renewable energy
Llandudno’s Tynedale Hotel is planning to install solar panels in a drive to boost its greencredentials.
All electricity generated would help power the kitchen hot water boilers. If the local authoritygrants planning permission, panels will be installed on the roof. The hotel has plans to boostgreen electricity generation further should the venture prove a success.
Tynedale wins FSA Gold Standard for food hygiene
The Food Standards Agency Wales has awarded its prestigious Gold Standard to theTynedale Hotel in Llandudno.
“We’re delighted to receive this stamp of approval. Our kitchen, restaurant and generalcleaning staff should feel extremely proud of themselves for their professionalism andconstant eye for detail,” says Nathan Midgley, Manager of the Tynedale Hotel.
Ship ahoy: Tynedale launches new mock cruise 2010 and 2011!
The Tynedale Hotel has a new Landlubber’s Cruise for 2010 and 2011 - so slip on yourdeck shoes and prepare to set sail!
The M.V. Tynedale will embark on 19 four-night cruises throughout February and March,leaving Singapore and stopping off at Acapulco, Venice, Mumbai and Llandudno.
As guests of the Captain and his crew, you will be treated to a colourful series of themed on-board events and live shows as you sail the seven seas and enjoy the local cuisine.

The Tynedale Hotel Supporting Local Communities
Once again, The Tynedale Hotel, Llandudno is pleased to support local community incentives and is pleased to hear how well The Llandudno Footbal Club Youth Team have been doing.
They recently had their annual league knockout tournament and the boys won it for the third year in a row.
