James Harrison has returned to the kitchen of the Tynedale Hotel in Llandudno- and to hisfather’s side – after two years working for a gastro-pub.
James joins his father and head chef Neil, second chef Dewi Potter and up-and-coming thirdchef Maciej Tabak.
The 23-year-old, who started at the Tynedale as assistant porter at the age of 14, hashelped roll out the hotel’s brand-new lunchtime bar menu. Now, guests and members of thepublic can choose from a comprehensive selection of light midday snacks and main coursesfrom noon until 2.30pm.
